What Is Spam?
Without getting too technical SPAM is unsolicited email. Email that you have not requested and do not want.
How Can We Stop Spam?
In a word YOU CAN'T! Spam whilst annoying, is a fact of internet life. It is part of the price we pay for free and speedy communication. Spam will always be around unless someone comes up with a way of policing the internet which as we all know is near impossible.
So What Can We Do?
First of all (and this may sound strange but we will explain on other pages why) de-sensitize yourself a little. As we said above spam isn't going anywhere so stop getting annoyed about it, it won't help, you getting annoyed and becoming extreme will not stop the spammers sending their rubbish, you see they DON'T Care! All it will do is get you all worked up over something you can do nothing about.
The answer is not to stress about it, just find the best way to deal with it with the minimum disruption to your day. Look at it as a challenge rather than a problem.
